Job Description


The Sr. Quality Analyst is primarily responsible for executing Supply Chain data management functions, while providing administrative support for Supply Chain systems.  Individuals in this role will interact with internal and external stakeholders to test core products for compliance.   This individual must have strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.   

This role is based in our Tampa Restaurant Support Center and candidates should be local to the Tampa area as the role will be hybrid work schedule (mix of onsite and remote).


  • Coordinate ordering of product from DC level (some items available via PFG Gainesville, some only available at other DC’s)
  • Coordinate billing for samples, logistic cost
  • Prepare analysis templates from core specifications 
  • Collect Data on core and proprietary products for BBI
  • Perform quality assurance testing to ensure supplier product compliance  
  • Summarize data, any issues to be communicated to cross functional key stakeholders including supplier
  • Establish strong relationships with internal and external customers, including but not limited to R&D, Supply Chain, 
  • Develop and execute an audit schedule for Tampa onsite, Schedule, Organize and Lead Total Quality Product Audits onsite in corporate test kitchen 
  • Quality data analytics relating to Specification conformance monitor KPI’s
  • Develop alongside Category lead the QA system monitoring for quality of new products
  • Build strategic relationships with vendors and internal cross-functional team members 
  • Provide administrative support for Supply Chain systems retrieving data, reports, and files from the respective systems 



  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or Animal Science, required


  • 3-5 years of manufacturing experience 
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with Excel 
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data and quantify results 
  • Ability to work in multiple systems
