II. ESSENTIAL DUTIES

* Leverage hands-on restaurant operations management experience to develop forward-thinking training content.

* Communicate and exemplify company values and Principles & Beliefs.

* Create comprehensive learning materials and programs, including videos, digital courses, and printed collateral.

* Develop communication materials and presentations for leadership teams.

* Integrate initiatives and training to simplify processes and improve overall leadership and operations within restaurants.

* Interact with various departments to effectively communicate restaurant-level process/training changes.

* Collect and analyze feedback on new and existing training programs to inform improvements.

* Apply project management skills to manage timelines and milestones.


III. REQUIREMENTS


* Display key skills gained from working experiences as part of restaurant operations, including leadership, process improvement, and team collaboration.

* Knowledge of e-learning authoring tools.

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

* Design and develop learning solutions based on needs assessments.

* Uphold company goals and integrate brand principles and culture into training materials.

* Validate the effectiveness of learning programs through various evaluation measures.

* Plan and execute quality assurance procedures and conduct impact analysis.

* Embrace change and demonstrate an openness to continuous learning.

* Develop positive working relationships and communicate effectively across all levels.

* Hold self-accountable for meeting objectives, managing projects timelines, and achieving milestones in a fast-paced environment.

* Demonstrate strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

* Work independently, navigating ambiguity with confidence.


IV. EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree preferred.
