Carrabba’s Italian Grill is seeking a Senior Leader, Market Strategy & Training Excellence to lead the execution of our growth transformation strategy and build a best-in-class operating model that positions us for continued success in a dynamic and evolving industry.

This high-impact role will be responsible for leading the development and execution of Carrabba’s growth transformation strategy, with a focus on value creation, serving customers, driving revenue, and taking market share. This leader will develop, implement, and modify operating models to ensure that the organization is positioned to adapt to a rapidly changing and complex environment. The Senior Leader, Market Strategy & Training Excellence will work closely with other executives to ensure that the company’s long-term objectives, growth strategies, and initiatives are aligned with the overall vision and mission of the Carrabba’s brand. 

Location: Tampa RSC/Remote/Field-Based (Relocation may be required)

What You’ll Do

Strategic Growth & Market Execution

  • Develop, implement, and refine strategies that drive revenue, market share, and customer engagement
  • Lead the execution of Carrabba’s growth transformation plan, ensuring alignment with long-term goals
  • Evaluate existing strategies and recommend enhancements for sustainable growth
  • Use data to inform decision-making, drive accountability, and build a culture of high performance
  • Ensure organizational readiness and agility through effective planning and change management
  • Forge strong cross-functional relationships to ensure strategic alignment across the brand

Training & Operational Excellence

  • Lead restaurant training initiatives, ensuring programs meet the evolving needs of the field and brand
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of learning programs and tools
  • Support the success of New Restaurant Openings through training, planning, and execution
  • Ensure field leaders are equipped with tools, systems, and support to drive operational excellence
  • Empower leadership teams to drive sales growth through local marketing and expense management

Organizational Alignment

  • Align processes and resources with strategic objectives to drive performance
  • Champion transparency, collaboration, and accountability across teams
  • Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on progress, milestones, and outcomes
  • Support capital planning and ensure investments align with business strategy

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of restaurant operations management, including 3+ years in a multi-unit or field leadership role
  • Experience leading strategic initiatives and organizational transformation
  • Proven ability to develop people and lead with strengths-based, KPI-driven feedback
  • Deep understanding of training, instructional design, and performance enablement
  • Strong business acumen and data fluency; skilled in using insights to drive action
  • Experience with capital planning, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to challenge the status quo, drive innovation, and navigate organizational dynamics
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other Bloomin’ Brands systems
  • Willingness to travel up to 85% and relocate, if required
