Senior Construction Project Manager

The Senior Construction Project Manager (Sr. Construction PM) is a vital member of the domestic Development Construction Team and is responsible for the project management of all stages of the assigned restaurants’ development process from feasibility analysis through construction until the location is turned over to Operations.

The Sr. Construction PM will project manage multiple projects and connect and work with BBI team members across multiple departments while also working with external contractors, vendors, suppliers, governmental entities and other necessary parties involved in BBI Construction projects. Each of these construction projects may range in cost from approximately $450,000 to $4,000,000+ and consist of both new builds and remodels across the BBIs full family of restaurant brands.

The Senior Construction PM visits locations and preferably works remotely and travels as appropriate to maintain the established construction project timeline. Team member will reside in their geographical region.

The expected annual salary range for this position is between $126000 - $132000 / year. The base pay offered will vary depending on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We also offer a range of benefits and programs
