Productivity Analyst

The Productivity Analyst will conduct operational and financial analysis to support enterprise productivity initiatives across Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance. This role is a highly visible and impactful position, responsible for analyzing productivity drivers, identifying opportunities, and monitoring the financial and operational impact of productivity initiatives. The Productivity Analyst will partner cross‑functionally to evaluate performance trends, quantify benefits, and communicate insights that help drive margin improvement and operational efficiency.

This position is based in our Tampa area Restaurant Support Center and will work a hybrid schedule (blend of onsite and remote)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Perform monthly and periodic productivity and operational performance analysis versus targets and expectations using financial data, operational KPIs, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams
• Consolidate, analyze, and report productivity initiative results, including variance analysis and concise commentary for leadership audiences
• Support productivity planning, forecasting, and benefit tracking processes, including estimation and validation of savings tied to labor, operations, supply chain, and process improvements
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other functional teams to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and provide analytical support to inform decision‑making
• Provide regular updates to leadership on productivity performance, initiative progress, and risks or opportunities against plan
• Analyze evolving productivity and operational trends to identify root causes of variances and recommend corrective actions or optimization opportunities
• Collect, analyze, and manage large data sets to develop standardized productivity metrics, dashboards, and reporting that support continuous improvement
• Prepare presentations and communication materials that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for executive and field audiences
• Maintain productivity benchmarks, metrics, and best‑practice comparisons to support opportunity identification and performance measurement
• Participate in cross‑functional meetings related to productivity initiatives, providing analytical support and insights as needed
• Perform ad‑hoc analysis and other job‑related duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field, required

Experience / Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, operational analytics, productivity analysis, or a related analytical role; restaurant or retail experience preferred
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions
• Experience analyzing P&L performance, operational KPIs, labor metrics, or cost drivers
• High level of intellectual curiosity with a continuous improvement mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Independent, self‑motivated, and comfortable working with minimal supervision while collaborating across functions
• Advanced Excel skills required; experience with PowerPoint and data visualization tools preferred
