Job Summary


The Global Operations Support Analyst is a member of the Restaurant Support Center (RSC) field support team and supports key organizational growth and cost initiatives. The Global Operations Support Analyst is the gateway to the supply chain for our restaurants, responsible for triaging restaurant inquiries and ensuring timely resolution for the restaurant. The Global Operations Support Analyst optimizes support for restaurant operations by helping resolve day-to-day operational challenges related to the performance of distributors, food product procedures, and food quality concerns, all aiding our organization’s growth opportunities. This team member is also a critical member of our disaster recovery team, supporting

restaurants impacted by natural disasters.


Essential Functions

Key Duties and Responsibilities


  • Works with collaborative teams oriented towards performance excellence and achieving higher operational efficiency
  • Provides attentive and interactive support to field operations members that serves to develop strong relationships and the empowerment of restaurant operations
  • Partners on Supply Chain strategies and projects that enhance restaurant performance
  • Aids new store rollouts and promotional offerings that fuel organizational growth
  • Proactively engages in process improvement projects that enable modernization.
  • Provides reporting that drives key insights
  • Responsible for working in the Tampa, FL-based Restaurant Support Center in a hybrid work setting. 3 days in the office, 2 days remote when the business dictates.
  • Performs other duties as required


Minimum Qualifications


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred


Work Experience


  • 3+ years’ experience in Restaurant Management preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience in Supply Chain preferred

  • Ability to develop and promote solutions that enable a "quiet" supply chain.
  • Ability to support team members by sharing, influencing, and effectively facilitating the exchange of resources and knowledge to successfully execute shared responsibilities and goals.
  • Advanced ability to demonstrate both ambition and ability to work digitally.
  • Ability to apply creative thinking or original ideas to manage exceptions, correct mistakes, or improve processes or outputs.
  • Advanced Understanding and comfortable using technology systems and tools in work.
  • Ability to exemplify the values founded by our Principles & Beliefs.
