Manager, Creative Services
The Manager, Creative Services owns and manages creative development work for brands (Bonefish Grill and Carrabba's Italian Grill) from start to finish. Manages the project flow through the department, delegating and providing creative direction to agencies and internal creative teams, developing timelines, obtaining approvals from senior executives, handling any issues that arise with projects and working with Production Department and Brand to ensure that every project gets delivered with the highest quality, is on strategy, on time, and on budget.
This role is based in our Tampa Restaurant Support Center and candidates must live local to the Tampa area.
*Lead creative concepting, development, and implementation of approved marketing strategies in various channels including but not limited to print, digital, and broadcast media.
*Serve as a brand champion by implementing and maintaining a high standard of design.
*Develops creative briefs and provides art direction and message development of creative for all levels of various department projects including but not limited to, paid campaign assets, email templates, social media marketing and local marketing.
*Provides guidance in the development and execution of marketing strategy and brand guidelines. Ensures consistent adherence to guidelines for all marketing materials and activities.
*Effectively articulate vision, present and explain creative rationale to both internal and external stakeholders.
*Create and produce graphic elements from scratch or design with elements from existing creative and/or style guides.
*Manages photo shoots and video shoots in conjunction with Production Manager, including creating pre-production documents for assigned brands.
*Demonstrates proficiency in interacting with and presenting to senior executive level management or other large diverse groups within in the company.
*Leads/owns projects and task forces by setting timelines, and expectations, assigning responsibilities, and defining scope of projects, as well as steps for completion.
*Ensures that project milestones are met and adheres to approved budgets.
*Partners with Brand Managers to estimate creative budgets for the year.
*Manages partnerships with external creative agencies
*Performs other duties assigned by manager and provides back-up support to peers within the Creative Department as necessary.
*Manages and develops Graphic Designer.
*Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Creative Design or related field
*Five plus years agency and/or corporate marketing experience
*Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Creative Suite (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator). HTML knowledge preferred, but not required.
