Essential Duties

Strategic Data-Driven Insights: Serve as an extension of the analytics organization, driving the establishment of data-driven strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty within Bloomin' Brands' restaurant portfolio.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between marketing, IT, Consumer Insights and other relevant departments to address data-related challenges and opportunities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Technical Expertise in CRM and Database Management: Develop and maintain proficiency in CRM systems and database management tools to support data-driven decision-making and strategic enhancements.

Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for personalized experiences. Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior and transactional data using SQL queries. Utilize advanced analytical techniques to uncover actionable insights from the database.

Optimization of Loyalty Programs: Optimize the performance of loyalty and other CRM initiatives through data-driven insights and strategic enhancements. Oversee test and learning initiatives, leveraging CRM insights to make informed recommendations to the CRM team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM strategies seamlessly into the overall guest experience. Facilitate communication and coordination between IT departments to ensure seamless integration and data synchronization.

Reporting and Communication: Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Actively engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure alignment of CRM initiatives with organizational goals.

Technical Expertise and Database Management: Implement and maintain SQL scripts and stored procedures for efficient data manipulation and analysis. Collaborate with database administrators to optimize data retrieval and storage processes.

Extension of Analytics Organization: Serve as an extension of the analytics organization, driving the establishment of data-driven strategies and initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations to IT teams for optimizing data management processes and systems related to loyalty & CRM technology.


By fulfilling these essential functions and key duties, the Loyalty & CRM Analyst contributes significantly to Bloomin' Brands' digital transformation efforts and plays a crucial role in enhancing customer engagement and loyalty across the restaurant

portfolio.


Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience of 2-3 years in CRM analytics, database management, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, database querying (SQL), and data analysis tools.
  • Track record of developing and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
  • Experience in conducting in-depth analysis of customer behavior, transactional data, and campaign performance.
  • Collaborative history with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and database administration, to achieve organizational objectives
  • Master Level of Experience using SQL; able to easily query complex data and construct data models as needed and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases
  • Comfortable with multi-faceted analytics projects, integrating data from multiple sources, and synthesizing & presenting actionable insights from a variety of data-points 
  • Working knowledge of a CDP
  • Working knowledge of at least one commonly applied BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Digital Marketing tools (e.g. Braze, Marigold, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Experience with data management and manipulation tools and a desire to learn more 
  • Excellent communication skills with a record of successfully advocating to turn insights into action, as well as the ability to synthesize quantitative results to determine implications and make actionable strategic recommendations


Education:

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science or a related field is

required.
