As a Product Training Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the testing and integration of food and beverage-related initiatives. This includes the testing and integration of operations-based projects and developing solutions to support operational excellence for topline growth and margin improvement. This individual works with cross-functional teams within and outside the concept to develop, implement and manage these projects while focused on the brand’s growth priorities. The Product Training Manager also maintains a repository of operational product-related execution standards and serves as a functional and subject matter expert for contributing departments.


Essential Duties

* Responsible for the planning, development testing, implementation and deploying of company initiatives.

* Guides the team through change such has implementing new processes and procedures.

* Partner with the marketing and training team to provide all relevant product information needed to create breakthrough marketing and training communications.

* Assist in operations deployment to ensure effective and successful implementation of initiatives.

* Uses problem-solving skills to identify issues, develop solutions and implement changes.

* Improves operational performance by integrating initiatives that simplify process and reduce complexity.

* Identifies and analyzes knowledge and performance gaps to implement solutions developed through collaboration with the training team.

* Develops training programs that are catered to the intended audience and flexible to the team member’s work environment.

* Enhances brand competitiveness though innovative ideation, trial and tracks the progress and impact of programs deployed.

* Leads in the creation and improvement of existing systems and processes which add value to the organization.

* Focus on outcomes, benefits and achievements while balancing execution and influencing key stakeholders.

* Minimum of 25% travel required.


Education, Experience & Skills Required

* Bachelor’s Degree or certification in hospitality, business or equivalent expertise gained from time on the job.

* Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

* Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and influence without authority.

* Strong organizational skills and able to set appropriate priorities and use time effectively.

* Demonstrates analytical, creative problem-solving focused on driving results.

* Collaborates with team members to create best solutions and ensures buy-in and alignment along the way.

* Self-motivated, ability to work independently and navigate through ambiguity to provide solutions.

* Demonstrates self-awareness and adapts style to meet expectations and positively influence others.

* Champions continuous innovation and focuses on improving processes and outcomes.

* Embraces diverse cultures, backgrounds and experiences of Team Members and commits to supporting an inclusive environment.

* Fluent in Microsoft Office suite.

* Articulate Rise comprehension is preferred.
