Job Description

The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for overseeing facilities operations at the Bloomin' Brands Restaurant Support Center (RSC). This position will work closely with the Reception and Mail Room teams to provide support to all RSC team members and vendors on any facility or maintenance needs.


This role is based in our Tampa Restaurant Support Center and will work onsite five days a week.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES


*Act as the first point of contact between building management company

*Maintain relationship with vendors who service Bloomin' Brands RSC facilities

*Promptly respond to building maintenance requests or other facility needs, both during normal business hours and after hours; escalate issues as appropriate

*Coordinate all necessary repairs and services with vendors; ensure work is completed in a timely and satisfactory manner

*Ensure office floor plans are updated with staffing changes for space planning purposes

*Assist with office relocations and furniture repairs

*Keep management informed of outstanding issues and other important matters

*Negotiate and manage vendor contracts

*Review and submit vendor invoices for payment

*Evaluate existing contracts, processes, and ongoing maintenance problems to identify potential time and/or cost savings

*Stay up to date on new developments, methods, and technologies as they relate to facilities management services and operations

*Assist with Business Continuity Planning process

*Maintain electronic records to ensure legal compliance

*Assist with special projects as assigned

*Provide backup support to Reception and Mail Room teams as needed


REQUIREMENTS


Experience/Skills:


*3+ years facilities management experience, preferably in a larger corporate setting

*Demonstrated experience providing excellent customer service

*Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

*Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact professionally at all levels

*Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

*Ability to adapt to multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
