Job Description

The Data Steward, Supply Chain is primarily responsible for executing Supply Chain data management functions, while providing administrative support for Supply Chain systems. Individuals in this role will interact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data quality, integrity, and governance. This individual must have strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, often within tight timelines.

This role is based in our Tampa Restaurant Support Center and will work a hybrid (mix of onsite and remote) each week, so candidates will need to be local to the Tampa area. No relocation assistance is available.


* Manage end-to-end process for new item and master data setup and inquiries (including but not limited to: BBI Item, Vendor Item, Pricing, and Hierarchy) within established deadlines and SLAs.

* Maintain master data elements, ensuring compliance with established business rules.

* Ensure all steps within the designated workflow are completed.

* Perform quality assurance testing to ensure data accuracy and completeness (minimize data errors and exceptions, focusing on first-time quality).

* Adhere to naming conventions and numbering policies determined for master data repositories and enforce data standards.

* Establish strong relationships with internal and external customers, including but not limited to R&D, Supply Chain, IT, Food Safety, Quality Assurance, and Operations to implement new or modify existing business processes.

* Develop and execute an audit schedule to ensure data integrity - information must be routinely updated as business requirements change.

* Provide administrative support for Supply Chain systems (including pricing, forecasting, and Quality Assurance) by retrieving data, reports, and files from the respective systems.

* Respond to ad-hoc user inquiries regarding Supply Chain systems and take corrective action as appropriate to minimize impact to field operations.

* Build trust and confidence in master data and serve as a subject matter expert.



* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or technology-related field, preferred


* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency with Excel are required. Experience with another regional database (SQL is a plus) are preferred.

* Ability to work with large amounts of data and to perform quality assurance to identify exceptions.

* Ability to work in multiple systems and understand the functions of each of those systems.

* Minimum 3-5 years of supply chain or data management experience preferred.
