Eligibility Requirements

  • Your last annual reviews had an Achieved or higher rating, and your performance is currently considered to be in good standing or higher by your manager
  • You haven’t been on a corrective action or performance improvement plan within the past twelve (12) months
  • You meet the experience, education, skills and other job qualification requirements outlined in the job posting announcement and are reasonably qualified for the position
  • You have discussed your qualifications and desire to apply for the open position with your current manager and secured your manager’s support and recommendation
