Brand Manager


Job Duties:


*Responsible for supporting marketing initiatives through executing creative development, implementing marketing strategies, building marketing and menu plans, and organizing market communications.

*Effectively manage creative agency, for all Aussie Grill related marketing projects for domestic, franchise and international business partners.

*Develop and maintain a Marketing Portal with support materials for LTOs/Promotions, monthly social media content, guidelines, and toolkits (i.e., grassroots marketing), core menu design updates, retail and merchandising materials, etc.

*Manages administration of product testing process in partnership with Operations Team, including test location selection, training information, and menu development.

*Manage all menu related requests, questions, projects, etc. for Aussie Grill, including detailed knowledge of digital technology (i.e., menu boards) for real time updates and enhancements.

*Support the R&D department with menu materials for new products, platforms, and promotions sourced from domestic and equity partners, including menu descriptions, key insights, and marketing photography.

*Ability to manage marketing budget within structured SOW.

*Maintain brand standards to ensure consistency across all media, as well as with internal business partners. Work with international equity and franchise partners to ensure integrity of Aussie Grill brand.

*Analyze marketing tactics to effectively promote and drive brand advocacy for the Aussie Grill brand domestically, including Local Store Marketing, Direct Mail, Email, Publication Advertisements, etc.

*Develop and implement marketing strategies for Aussie Grill domestic new restaurant openings and sustaining growth with focus on social media and local marketing activities.

*Drive customer advocacy for Aussie Grill domestic while monitoring and responding to customer feedback.

*Manage all social media channels for Aussie Grill domestic

*Work with the Brand President, Director of Operations, and direct support to Director of Marketing.

*Develop comprehensive communications and monthly marketing plan in partnership with Operations and General Manager; Serve as a resource for information, assess and share best practices to continually enhance programs and efforts.

*Tracks and researches fast casual food and beverage trends in the industry among competitors to identify product marketing opportunities/challenges that will allow the brand to differentiate itself and identify new revenue growth opportunities.

Work Schedule:


* Number of hours per week: 40 hours per week

* Daily Work Schedule: Mon to Fri 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.


Education:


U.S. Bachelor of Science in Marketing


Experience:

2 years of experience as an International Marketing Coordinator. Experience to include, 2 years of experience in:

*Responsible for supporting marketing initiatives through executing creative development, implementing marketing strategies, building marketing and menu plans, and organizing market communications with a similar size company in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

*Managing all menu approval process and core menu policies.

*Content creation for monthly social media, guidelines and toolkits, core menu design updates, and retailing materials.
