Benefits Administrator - Temporary
This temporary administrative position will assist with Human Resources and Benefits support on various administrative tasks. This position is onsite in Tampa, FL and will be needed for several months and the individual will need to be able to start as soon as July 5, 2022.
*Print and mail Comp Cards for new employees on a weekly basis.
*Prepare and handle various internal and external correspondences.
*Review, track and respond to Qualified Medical Child Support Orders (QMCSO).
*Set up coverage and deductions in UltiPro, as well as communicate adjustments with payroll.
*Respond to vendor requests for data and information pertaining to short-term and long-term disability applications.
*Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
*Transfer benefits rules and policy information from an old knowledge base to a Microsoft Teams knowledge base.
*Interface with other departments, Partners, external and internal customers.
*Prioritizes conflicting needs and handles matters expeditiously with follow-through on tasks to successful completion.
*Assist with reviewing, tracking and sending vendor invoices to accounts payable for processing and approvals.
*Assist with internal data reviews and audits as needed.
*Performs all other related duties as assigned.
*High school diploma or equivalent required.
*1-3 years administrative experience required
*Proficient computer skills with MS Office Suite, including Word and Excel required.
*Experience with HRIS systems a plus.
*Resourceful problem-solving skills
*Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
*Ability to operate general office equipment.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Ability to maintain confidential information.
*Ability to work with minimal work direction once trained.
*Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
*Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
