Job Description

The Associate Brand Manager for Outback Steakhouse will assist the Brand Director with development and implementation of national marketing initiatives that support the strategic business objectives for Outback Steakhouse restaurants. The Associate Brand Manager will manage marketing components for national campaigns that will drive traffic and create brand advocacy. The role will have the opportunity to brainstorm ideas that achieve sales goals; execute ideas that rise to the top then review and report campaign results. Looking for a creative and results oriented individual, who is passionate about our brand!

This role has an opportunity to work in a hybrid environment., and candidates should be local to the Tampa Bay area. No relocation assistance is available.


*Responsible for managing campaign calendars and updating changes as needed

*Budget management, assists in planning and tracking inputs across the marketing team

*Partners with agency and our internal creative services team to develop and execute email strategy for the brand

*Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment for all campaigns and facilitates technology set up for activations that drive digital sales

*Manage planning, executing and measurement of all offers and activations included in campaigns

*Supports in writing data informed, effective briefs for campaigns that they are managing or supporting

*Proactively keeps ahead of industry trends makes recommendations based on economic conditions, competitor data and customer research

*Prepares materials for presentations on programs, business plans and management communications.

*Supports planning, executing, and measuring all brand activations



*Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field, required.


*2 -3 years of experience in brand marketing and communications,

*Experience with QSR, casual dining, retail, or hospitality companies with multi-unit preferred.

*Experience with CRM platforms is a plus

*Strong data analysis skills

*Strong ability to influence and negotiate with key decision makers.

*Experience with an Agency or in a Matrix organization preferred.

*Excellent Communication and Presentation skills, both verbal and written.

*Project Management through execution with budget planning/administration.

*Experience with digital media and Internet advertising preferred
